Refunds, cancellations, and charge reversals shall be governed exclusively by ekidemy's published Refund Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates issued through the Services do not constitute academic credit, governmental accreditation, professional licensure, or any guarantee of employment or professional qualification.

The Services may permit users to submit reviews, assignments, comments, discussions, feedback, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant ekidemy a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the operation, promotion, improvement, and administration of the Services.

ekidemy expressly disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Accuracy or completeness of content.
• Continuous availability.
• Freedom from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components.

ekidemy does not warrant that participation in any course will result in academic achievement, employment, certification, promotion, or professional success.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ekidemy and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, instructors, licensors, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or economic damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

In no event shall ekidemy's aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you to ekidemy for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ekidemy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
